Spicy Korean Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Noodles (any noodles you prefer, like ramen or udon).
  • 1 tbsp Edible Oil (for stir-frying).
  • 1 Small Onion, thinly sliced.
  • 1 Carrot, julienned.
  • 1 Bell Pepper, thinly sliced.
  • 1 Zucchini, julienned (optional).
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced.
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil.
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • 1 tbsp Amima's Kitchen Korean Gochugaru Chilli Pepper (adjust to spice preference).
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional, for garnish).
  • Spring Onions for garnish (optional).

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook 250g noodles in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1 small sliced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent.
  4. Add 1 julienned carrot, 1 sliced bell pepper, and 1 julienned zucchini (optional). Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crispy.
  5. Add 2-3 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry for another 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir in 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tsp sugar. Mix well.
  7. Add 1 tbsp Amima's Kitchen Korean Gochugaru Chilli Pepper and ¼ tsp black pepper powder. Adjust the seasoning based on how spicy you like it.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are well coated with the sauce and vegetables.
  9. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  10. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions (optional).
  11. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful and Spicy Korean Noodles!
