INGREDIENTS
- 4 Large Potatoes (Wash them thoroughly).
- 2 tbsp Amima's Kitchen Classic Peri Peri Seasoning.
- 4 tbsp Rice Flour or Corn Flour.
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder.
- 1 tsp Pink Salt.
- 250ml Edible Oil.
- Peri Peri Dip or Tomato Ketchup (For Serving).
- Garnish with Cilantro or Herbs (Optional).
INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Parboil the wedges and drain them thoroughly.
- Immediately dust the wedges with rice flour or corn flour.
- Add Black Pepper Powder and Pink Salt.
- Place the wedges in the deep freeze for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, Fry the wedges in hot oil until golden brown.
- Absorb excess oil on tissue paper and sprinkle with Amima's Kitchen Classic Peri Peri Seasoning.
- Serve hot with Peri Peri Dip or Tomato Ketchup.
